Former Account Manager at Amazon Belgium – Based in Brussels
I help manufacturers and established brands launch and grow their sales on Amazon's European marketplaces: account setup, large catalogue listings, country-by-country compliance, logistics and ongoing management.

Whether you sell directly on Amazon, to Amazon as a supplier, or both, I help you structure your listings, pricing, stock and margins into a real sales channel.
Hundreds or thousands of products, a feed tool (Shoppingfeed, Lengow…) and the goal of opening new countries without multiplying listing errors.
A deactivated seller account, a verification that drags on, categories that require approval: you need someone who knows the rules and the right contacts.
Every project is split into fixed-price stages, each with a deliverable and a timeline. All services are quoted on request: the firm price is set after a first conversation, based on your catalogue, your countries and your situation.
A full review of your seller account: settings, account health, catalogue and brand. Support with verifications and steps with Amazon when the account is blocked.
Deliverable: written report, prioritised action plan, review call.
Quote on request
Creating and taking over listings, variations, feed setup (Shoppingfeed and similar tools), and fixing errors until the catalogue is clean. For sellers and Amazon suppliers alike.
Deliverable: catalogue live, with a target share of active products agreed at the start.
Quote on request
Country-by-country rollout: languages, pricing, eligible products, local obligations (EPR, regulated categories), and setup of the .de, .nl, .it, .es, .pl, .se, .com.be, .ie, .co.uk and .com.tr marketplaces.
Deliverable: eligible catalogue on sale in each selected country.
Quote on request
Registering your brand with Amazon to protect your listings, then enhanced content and a brand store to convert better.
Deliverable: brand registered, content published, store live.
Quote on request
Choosing the right fulfilment model, setup, converting offers, and preparing and tracking the first shipment to Amazon warehouses.
Deliverable: offers converted and first shipment received.
Quote on request
Account health, catalogue maintenance, new products, sponsored ads, a monthly report and a video check-in. You stay in control without spending your days on it.
Deliverable: monthly report and next month's action plan.
Quote on request
Amazon fees, advertising budget and registration fees are not included and are paid directly by the client.
STEP 1
A first call, then an audit: what can be sold, where, on what terms, and at what cost. You decide with a firm price in hand.
STEP 2
Account, brand, logistics and a first set of pilot products. We make sure everything works before scaling up.
STEP 3
The rest of the catalogue, then other countries, in waves. Each stage has a measurable deliverable and a timeline.
STEP 4
Monthly management to keep the account healthy, add products and run advertising.
I'm Tristan Leprête, an independent consultant based in Brussels. For two years I was an Account Manager at Amazon, helping Belgian merchants launch and grow on the marketplace, working with the product, compliance and finance teams.
Both. Whether you sell directly to customers (Seller Central) or to Amazon as a supplier (Vendor Central), I work on your catalogue, brand, compliance and account performance.
It depends mainly on the state of the account, the size of the catalogue and the approvals required. The scoping stage gives a timeline for each step. Amazon's processing times (verifications, category approvals) are outside my control and are flagged from the start.
Every project is split into fixed-price stages, excluding VAT, with a 50% deposit at the start of each stage. The firm price is set out in the quote, prepared after a first conversation.
Only through Amazon's official mechanisms: you authorise me from your account, with only the permissions the project needs, and you can withdraw that access at any time. I never ask for your login details.
No. Sales depend on the product, price, stock, competition and Amazon's rules. What is guaranteed are the deliverables of each stage, as defined in the quote.
A 30-minute call to understand your situation and tell you, with no commitment, where to start and what it would cost.
